Hi, I’m Barbara (Blaze) Lazarony

Hi, I’m Barbara Lazarony (she/her/they), most people call me Blaze. I’m a neurodivergent therapist and coach, and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#151788).
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 20 years in corporate leadership, gaining firsthand experience with executive stress, organizational dynamics, and the cost of sustained performance. Today, I integrate clinical training, lived experience, and strategic clarity to support neurodivergent adults and couples in more sustainable ways of relating and living.
I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Sofia University, with advanced training in Autism, ADHD, and Complex Trauma. I’ve also been in a neurodivergent relationship for over 42 years. I understand—personally and professionally—what it’s like to long for closeness while feeling repeatedly misunderstood.
I work with individuals and couples navigating neurodiverse relationships, identity shifts, burnout, and chronic misattunement. My approach is trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and grounded in emotional clarity and nervous-system safety. The work moves at a pace your system can sustain.
This is not about fixing you or your relationship.
It’s about creating conditions where honesty, safety, and connection can return.
You don’t need to mask, shrink, or try harder to be understood.
You need support that actually fits.
